TheComprehensive Plan will guide the City of Delray Beach for the next 20 years on 13 important topics referred to as Elements. The Delray Beach Comprehensive Plan was first adopted in 1989 and updated in 2006. The 13 Elements are being drafted and reviewed by City Staff, a Steering Committee appointed by the City Commission, and Subject Matter Experts. The Elements are divided into 4 themes: Live, Work, Play and Grow. Each Element consists of Goals, Objectives and Policies (GOP) supported by a Data, Inventory and Analysis (DIA).
